Robinson Road Marketplace
OVERVIEW
Management of all Robinson Road Marketplace marketing since 2015 including development of the marketing budget, creation and development of campaigns and management of the centre’s digital channels.
BRANDING
Creation of the centre logo and branded collateral, including brochures and signage. Design of leasing hoarding banners, wayfinding decals and internal signage to promote the refurbishment of the centre.
DIGITAL MARKETING
Established the Robinson Road Marketplace Facebook page and increased its following from 0 to +3,470 followers and counting. Grew the centre’s email database from 0 to +1,212 subscribers.
CAMPAIGNS
Development and execution of marketing campaigns with a focus on promoting the centre as a one-stop-shop where customers can meet their everyday shopping needs, access health care services and connect with their community. Introduction of annual campaigns such as Sporty Saturday and Christmas Tree Road that have become beloved by customers.
